My background and role

I am a member of the Technical Support Team in the School of Informatics. I joined the School shortly after graduating with a Computer Science degree from Kings College London in 2007. I also possess Cisco and Microsoft Certifications. My job involves assisting users with technical issues such as Software/Hardware installations, Unix/Windows Server Administration, Web and Database management etc. I spent most of my early adult life working as a Customer Service Assistant in the John Lewis Partnership in the flagship Oxford Street branch.

Hobbies

One of my main passions in life revolves around sports. If I am not playing, watching or talking about football you will often find me staring at a wall contemplating about life! Failing this, I can be found on a tennis/badminton court or on a golf course looking for my golf ball after smashing it into the woods! I also have an interest in Cars and Motorbikes and I am currently pursuing a full Motorbike licence.
