Workshop CFP

After a very successful 1st Cross-disciplinary Health Informatics Workshop organized by the City ehealth Research Centre (CeRC), City University in December 2002, this is the 2nd workshop in this series.

The aim of this 1-day event is to provide an open forum for presentation and discussions around the following areas: 

1. Early warning systems and outbreak detection

2. Clinical and public health ontologies and knowledge management systems

3. E-learning and the impact of information delivery to patients and professionals

4. Antimicrobial resistance - informing patients and changing attitudes

5. Clinical decision support systems

By bringing together researchers from academia, health charities, WHO and government healthcare organizations, this workshop will be an ideal event providing a forum for sharing interests and experience enabling post-workshop collaboration with real-world healthcare national and international projects.
