Registration

 

 

The registration is handled by ECDL 2005 registration office. Please follow their instructions:  http://www.ecdl2005.org

 

At least one author for each paper needs to register for the workshop before 20th August 2005. Otherwise, your paper will not be published in the workshop proceedings.

 

As the key aim of this workshop is to bring together a wide range of researcher to foster discussion between related research domains, we encourage also non-presenting researchers to attend the event.

Presentations and Equipment

 

 

Each speaker is allocated only 20 minutes for your presentation and 10 minutes for questions. I understand that this may not be enough, however, the primary aim of this workshop is to bring together researchers and professionals working on common problems to stimulate discussions, not to present in-depth solutions. 

 

At the meeting room, there will be available: a laptop with a PowerPoint 2000, projector, Internet access.

 

If you need any other equipment please let me know before 16th September 2005.

 

 

 

Catering

 

 

Coffee and tea during the coffee breaks and lunch are provided for registered participants.

 

There will be a social dinner organised after the workshop on Thursday 22nd 2005. All workshop speakers and participants are very welcomed. The details will be distributed on the day.

Non-speakers are very welcome to attend, however, everyone needs to register: http://www.ecdl2005.org

This is of particular interest to ECDL 2005 attendees who are interested in medical DLs are might find useful to stay an extra day for the workshop after the conference.
