The registration is handled by ECDL 2003 registration office. Please follow their instructions: http://www.ecdl2003.org/registration.html At least one author for each paper needs to register for the workshop before Friday 25th July 2003. Otherwise, your paper will not be published in the workshop proceedings. As the key aim of this workshop is to bring together a wide range of researcher to foster discussion between related research domains, we encourage also non-presenting researchers to attend the event. |

Presentations and Equipment |
|
Each speaker is allocated only 20 minutes for your presentation and 10 minutes for questions. I understand that this may not be enough, however, the primary aim of this workshop is to bring together researchers and professionals working on common problems to stimulate discussions, not to present in-depth technical solutions.
At the meeting room, there will
be available: a laptop with a PowerPoint 2000, projector.
If you need any other equipment please let me know before 10th August 2003. |

Coffee and tea during the coffee breaks and lunch are provided for registered participants. |

Information for non-speakers |

Non-speakers are very welcome to attend, however, everyone needs to register: http://www.ecdl2003.org/registration.html This is of particular interest to ECDL 2003 attendees who are interested in medical DLs are might find useful to stay an extra day for the workshop after the conference. |
