workshop logistics

location :	ETH Hönggerberg, HXE Building, Zurich, Switzerland (not the main ETH location in the city centre!) pdf interactive map kml placemark
time :	08:00 - start (breakfast provided)! 17:30 - discussions end 19:00 - social event / apero
dress code :	Casual, but aesthetic - "no Birkenstocks"!
fee :	Participation fee is $50 US or 60 CHF or 40 EUR, including VAT This price includes the breakfast and lunch, as well as coffee breaks. Ths fee will be collected on site in SFR. Please bring along the exact amount in any of these three currencies and pay the exact amount at the infodesk during the day itself. Two options for receipts are availabie : for personalized receipts with the name of your institute, please provide Gennady with the exact name before the 25th of June. otherwise - generic receipts, without the name of the institute, will be issued
power :	Swiss plugs are different from other countries - you can buy adapters in supermarkets
statements :	During the summit, ETH students will hunt for volunteers to give visionary statements on significance of visualization / geovisualization - Please be prepared!
